Description-

• Trainee Engineer (Production) will be trained in Manufacturing for first six months. 
  
• Later He will be absorbed as Production Engineer in Ricoira.  
  
• He will be responsible to achieve daily production targets and managing operators in manufacturing unit.
  

Min Qualification-

• Graduate / PG in Food Science /Tech
  
• Laptop/ Two wheeler is must
  
• 0-2 Yrs Exp is preferable
  

Responsibilities-

• Ensuring production and Quality as per FSSAI regulations, documentation
  
• Compliance to Production Process and SOP
  
• Managing Operators, Managing Unit Maintenance
  
• Complete flexibility with work/time being Start Up Company Employee

Expectations-

• Passionate for delivering daily Targets and ‘Get It Done’ Approach
  
• Keen Interest for learning advanced production methodologies and application on small scale
  
• Ready to learn and grow exponentially/quickly
  
• Awareness on GMP, HCCAP, Factory Laws
  
• Assisting Senior Food Technologist for NPD and Improvements
  
• Learning ability, multitasking and passion for confectionery products required for small start up company
• Location – Pune
  
• CTC –On the Job Training Compensation ( first six months )- 1.65 LPA ( In Hand Fixed)
  
• Production Engineer – 1.80 to 2.50 LPA
