Job Description
SaaS Labs, Inc is a Noida-based software company where we build innovative B2B products for small & medium sized businesses around the world.
- Give product demos and training to new customers
- Help new customers with onboarding and account setup
- Manage our inbound leads & follow up with those who haven't joined or scheduled a demo
- Proactively connect with customers to make sure they are not facing any problems with their accounts
- Monitor usage and help engineering team with improving the product
- Spread awareness about our premium features among our existing customers
- Play vital role in account expansion and retention
