Job Description
- The role involves site visits, inspections, data collection and tele calling and follow up with developers and land owners for commercial, residential projects, land parcels across Bangalore.
- Conduct site inspections and property visits
- Collate information from developers and Landlords on the real estate projects – via primary, secondary and telephonic research
- Prepare brief IM and teaser for necessary opportunities
- Qualification:Any Graduate
- 0 – 2 years of experience in real estate research
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work within stringent operational deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Experience in real estate – value add
- Willingness to travel , Should have a two wheeler.
