Roles and Responsibilities
•    Self-starter with demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills to allow effective participation in project teams.
•    Schedule and execute validations/qualifications per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
•    Working knowledge of GMP regulations.
•    Participate in development/ improvements to the validation program as needed to remain current with cGMP and industry standards.
•    Use appropriate data loggers to perform mapping studies.
•    Execute Compilation and dispatch of reports for the mapping activity performed.
•    To undergo relevant training procedures
•    Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
•    A minimum of a Diploma certificate or a degree in Engineering or Science or similar field is required.
•    A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in promoting & selling validation services to cGMP/Biotech/Biopharmaceutical/FDA regulated industries
•    Position requires or industry experience in cGMPs. Prefer hands-on industry experience in cGMP/Biotech/Biopharmaceutical/FDA regulated industries
•    Good communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Ability to meet defined targets
•    Problem solving skills
•    The associate will be required to interact with the following:
Internal Stakeholders
•    Admin associate
•    Validation Reporting associate
•    Reporting manager
•    Dot line Reporting manager
•    Sales coordinator -Validation
•    Finance executives
External Stakeholders
•    Customers -End users, maintenance department, purchase department.
•    Equipment manufacturers, Clean room validation service providers and external consultants.
Work Schedule
•    Require ability to work varying hours, some weekends, and varying schedules, when applicable. Work from home option once in a week as and when required provided all necessary approvals are in place.
