Preparation of Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures for Development, Validation and Verifications of the product according to the recent Guidelines.

·         Should have technical skills in handling instruments like Microscope, Laminar flow chamber, Biosafety Cabinets, Incubators, pH meter, Weighing Balance, Colony counter.

·         Responsible for ensuring media preparation, media stock, Media consumption record and Growth promotion test related Documentation.

·         Responsible for reviewing of microbiological culture media and its effectiveness performance analysis.

·         Review of online documents, analytical reports and logbooks in microbiology laboratory with respect to GLP,GDP.

·         To ensure microbiology staffs are trained appropriately to perform microbial analysis, water analysis, environmental monitoring.

·         Experience working with SAP- LMS systems.

·         Responsible for performing Growth promotion tests.

·         Maintenance of control samples, positive cultures, documents and sampling (wherever needed in case of OOS).

·         To ensure lab equipment are calibrated and re-qualified as per schedule and documents are verified for acceptance criteria.

·         To involve in method transfer activity in coordination with R&D Microbiology team.

·         To initiate and process purchase request for lab requirements such as consumables, reagents, media and equipment.

·         To maintain safety aspects in the lab and to conduct safety training on regular interval.

·         Prepare CAPA and complying with audit observations (internal and external audits).
