Project Manager Qualification Science,Engineering graduate 
Program Setup Seek inputs from architects and other team members and set up internal and customer project environment including knowledge repository C20. 
Project administration tools,applications help desk,ticketing system customer network connectivity etc. Set up team work environment wrt desktops,software,workspace
Prepare communication plan (templates,frequency,participants)under the guidance of Project Manager
Prepare Project organization structure and manage it on a regular basis under the supervision of Project Manager. 
Support the Project Manager in operational activities associated with capacity planning and test planning.
Program Delivery. 
Coordinate and schedule resources as per Project plan given the availability of resources,Work with the vendors to arrange for resources,Track productivity of resources capture productive time and report idle time to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
Coordinate project meeting with customers as well as book venue. 
Organize events for the Project team,Review all purchase orders as well as conduct other activities associated with billing and revenue realization. 
Conduct financial forecasting based on the budget project scope and the rates provided by the account management team
Monitor Project progress across multiple streams,modules on a regular basis,Create weekly status report by consolidating status from individual work streams. 
Share and present report to the relevant stakeholders identify deviations and take corrective actions for smooth Project flow,Lead scheduled meetings as per plan in collaboration with the various work streams and Project Manager,Respond to escalated written and oral communication within timelines
Drive adherence to Project plan,Monitor and track Project to ensure adherence to budget,schedule,time,Identify the need to ramp up,ramp down Project teams based on requirements. 
Capture and publish Project performance metrics on a regular basis. Identify Project issues track and ensure issue resolution. 
Recommend corrective actions to resolve escalated / highlighted issues. 
Collate all issues in an issue log to understand and address closure of issues,Analyze risk associated with the issues and propose mitigation strategies. 
Relationship Management. Constantly interact with the client PMO and be the first level management contact for the client on site teams etc,Present progress of various Projects risk at Program level etc to relevant stakeholders,Maintain regular communication with the end client to keep them apprised of Program status as applicable. 
Provide information status updates etc in a timely manner,Schedule periodic reviews with clients (weekly,monthly,quarterly)to discuss any issues feedback etc. 
Record decisions issues and actionable during all client meetings and circulate the same to ensure consistent messaging forward planning and tracking. 
Schedule Project Review meetings with customer on a periodic basis, Conduct account,engagement review with client on a periodic basis,Coordinate for client visits. Knowledge Management. Monitor and report the usage of knowledge articles,Maintain knowledge management database,Prepare collaterals publications technology papers etc for distribution,Conduct and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions across the team,Build awareness of the knowledge repository among reporting teams. 
Track contribution to knowledge management portal. 
Measure the value creation from the Projects for the Innovation Index as applicable. Organize trainings and knowledge sharing sessions in coordination with academy and other stakeholders. 
Must Have Skills JDBC Core Java J2EE Support Functions 
Good To Have Skills HTML 5 Advanced JavaScript ANSI SQL Employee Status
