Job Responsibilities:-
• NO TELESALES
• US Collection Calling process in PCT division
• Need to check account eligibility during call
• Documentation of each call as per the process training.
• Send daily updates to the group manager as per the format.
• Send updates of wrong-numbers on a daily basis.
Desired Skills:-
• US Calling experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent Problem solving, Analytical skills,
Result Orientation Facilities:-
• 5 days working
• Transport facility for Pick and Drop
• Free meals (1 meal + 2 Snacks)
• Incentives upto 9600/- per month
