Education Qualification- Graduate (Complete)
Experience- Fresher / Candidate with over 1 years of Voice / Non Voice experience in customer service voice/ non voice operations.
Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best possible resolution.
Excellent communication skills - English (verbal/written).
Internal team coordination over email/call.
Knowledge of Advance Excel.
Handle the merchant escalations interactively
Male candidates Only .6 days working and rotational shifts.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviour:
Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
Analytical bent of mind/ Eye for Detail.
Organized and Methodical to proactively follow up with merchants as committed.
Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.
Under graduates / Pursuing are not eligible to apply.
