APAC– Invoicing & collection Accounting
Daily processing of customer Invoicing in Batch process for Ireland & South Africa Daily Dashboard / Mail confirmation to Subs for Invoices processed Ensure correct application if customer has open Invoices and reciepts Timely escalation to BDM’s in case required / Customer requirement in change of Invoices Dashboard to HOF AU , ID & MY on weekly basis on the status of open Invoices Calling up customer for Invoice o/s more than 60 days
Reminder Run process for APAC
To run reminder run process on weekly basis for AU , MY & ID To ensure Document exchange is correctly set up for all customers To ensure all reminders are checked before sending it to customer Few Subs want hard copies to be sent as well , ensure process is followed correctly as per process Maps Mail confirmation to Subs once Reminder runs are done in NAV Daily follow up on overdue Invoices

- Part of FSSC India Team supporting Different Subs Me asurements
- Weekly Dashboard to HOF for Status on Open Invoices
- 4- 5 Year Experience in AR / Customer Invoicing
