Your Job 

As an Associate - Partner Campaigns, you will be responsible for end to end business management and orchestration with key stakeholders internally at Josh Talks as well as with partner leadership and teams. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships in accordance with the company's overarching objective and strategic goals.

This role will require excellent communication & relationship building skills along with high attention to detail and solution-oriented approach. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success by contributing to establish new strategic processes, ensure success with partners. This position is full time and is based in Gurgaon. 

Detailed Responsibilities

• Understanding client/partner briefs and managing the overall end to end execution in the team.
• Supporting sales by creating pitch decks, proposals and understanding client/partner requirements
• Creating Internal and External stakeholder content for partner presentations
• Acting as a single point of contact with the brand and agency for regular updates, timeline management and crisis management.
• Work efficiently with all internal teams to reach desired objectives. 
• Reporting on metrics that are crucial to campaigns
• Creating, Ideating and delivering presentations & impact reports to the client/partner

Ideal Candidate 

• Strong presentation making skills and a good sense of design and content curation.
• Sound knowledge of business operations and procedures.
• A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker. 
• Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask. 
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. 
• Prior experience in project management, communication and presentation experience is highly preferred. 
• Has a deep interest in culture, science, design and technology. 
• ‘Get shit done’ attitude. 
• Is excited about building/growing Josh Talks. 
• Passionate about spreading great stories and ideas. 

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Looking for a strong commitment of two years. 
• Prior work experience with a marketing/PR agency will be helpful. 
• Consistent track record of client satisfaction, teamwork, Business forecasting and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills required.
