In this role, you will get to:
- Enable sound decision-making: Receive and process payroll inputs from vendors and internal parties; give high degree of attention and complete the processing with 99.50% accuracy
- Keep management updated: Adhere to timelines and inform all responsible parties
- Keep Sutherland aligned:Keep Sutherland aligned: Maintain process documents; keep track of all assigned tickets and completing it as per the timelines
- Keep things running: Answer queries through emails & Service-Now tickets and complete as per expectations; proactively highlight or follow up for any issues or resolutions; keep track of all emails received and completing it accordingly
- Strengthen relationships: Involve in team discussion and display team player attitude all time
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Be a graduate with Accounts background (B. Com, BBA, MBA Finance or M. Com)
- Have 0-2 years of experience in transaction processing and engaging global customers; Candidates with payroll background is a plus
- Have experience in responding to client/customer queries through email or ticketing system
- Be willing to work night shifts
- Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Be ready to support additional hours if business demands
