Responsibilities

• Partner with Founders, Department heads and stakeholders  to learn about our products and help set the long-term vision and strategy for them.

• Do the competitive analysis and market research in a timely manner.

• Partner and collaborate with the engineering and product design teams to design and build the platforms and applications

• Interpret and prioritize business needs across various stakeholders group

• Document requirements as per the industry standard templates

• Define success metrics, track data and enhance product features through data.

• Be the perfect liaison between the engineering teams and the business teams

• Work together with engineers on an Agile Scrum team to plan and execute project outcomes

• Expectation setting with the management teams w.r.t. timelines and efforts

Requirement

• Passion and the attitude to learn new things is a must

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering

• 2+ years relevant work experience in software product management or 4+ years in Business Analytics for IT Services industry

• Analytical and critical thinking is a must

• Exceptional independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment

• A record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion

• Ability to drive execution, staying ahead of dependencies, making smart trade-offs, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining communication throughout the organization

• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management
