Job Description
- ADDA is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an associate Product Specialist.
- This role is a tremendous opportunity to contribute to the development and rollout of our Apartment Society Management solution, and requires someone with the strong motivation and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant work experience in SaaS-based companies would be appreciated .
- The ideal candidate would also have a strong understanding of accounting and regulation subjects.
- The Product Specialist will work closely with our internal teams including ,Sales,Marketing,Engineering & Deployment teams , as well as customers to gatherrequirements,Product enhancements , write detailed specifications and documentation .
- TheAssociate Product Specialist will be an internal and external evangelist for the product.
- Participate in demos, training and workshops (internal or clients) on specific subjects of expertise.
- Identify functional gaps and document business requirements.
- Create functional specifications and share it with the Product Management team.
- Iteratively test developed software, to ensure that business requirements are met.
- Configure the system prior to client demonstration.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written as the job requires demonstration, documentation & creation of collaterals.
- Accounting and financial knowledge would be desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The person in this role will spend significant amount oftime working hands-on with a wide constituency including clients, Salesteam,product management and engineering staff
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically, as required
- Good technical skills a major plus – even though this is a business position, the candidate must be able to map conceptual financial and business concepts to practical system functions.
- Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a Technical field (orequivalent).
