ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER II

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support process improvements to continuously improve the stability and performance of the applications
- Prioritize workload, provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Coordinate and work with the global production support team
- Take care of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Monitoring Tools and Systems
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech./equivalent qualification or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in IT industry
- 2+ years of strong experience in Java J2EE
- Experience in consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices and multiple business
- Previous experience as L1 JAVA production support
- Strong knowledge in coding & debugging
