Job Description: 

• Once Hired, the Candidates will have to undergo on job training for 150 days on different WEB/ Mobile Technologies of modern era software development.
• On successful Completion of Training , There will be One more Performance based review Test &  He/ she will be assigned Different Projects on Software Development Life Cycle , Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Angular, Block Chain E-Commerce Development & CMS Website Design, Game & Multimedia Design, Data base Management, Testing, Big Data/ Hadoop, AWS, Digital Marketing, RPA, Android app & iOS app Development , DevOps, On demand Software Development & Testing, Adobe / Corel Software & Software customization Services etc.

• Job Location will be Initially in Bengaluru. After Training & Performance, He/ She may / Will be allotted to our Different office locations & or client places with facility for onsite too in near future.

• If a candidate is not selected in our campus drive program, but interested to join the company, Then He/ She must come under our special Learn and Earn Program provided the Eligibility Criteria should be applied.

CTC and Other Perks: 

• Minimum salary (CTC) for the first year of employment will be 1,80,000/- to Rs.2,40,000/- PA after the successful completion of the Training.
• During the Training Period, only stipend will be provided or Free Accommodation & Food can be given.
• Every Year there will be performance review & Increment with bonus as
• Group Medical Insurance, ESIC, EPF and Professional Taxes (As per Govt. Norms)
