Roles and Responsibilities
· Planning and Execution of internal Live Session
· Assisting teachers and other team members during the live sessions for smooth conduction of session
· Following standard processes in resolving the issues and addressing customers’ requests
· Keeping in touch with faculties for a reminder and follow up calls for ongoing schedules
· Camera Handling, Audio Setup, Light Setup for Live and Recording sessions
· Video Recording and Shooting of Live and non-Live Events
· Monthly quality check of video and audio output for each studio and resolving in case of deviation from standard quality norms.
· Regular quality monitoring in the live and recorded sessions
· Handling chats and students query in Live session and YouTube Live
· Keep a record of Live Class attendance and Feedback
· Identify and resolve issues independently to the extent possible, only escalating issues as appropriate.
· Keeping a track of stocks and inventories related to Live session studios and responsible for Studio Maintenance
o Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ Diploma
o 1+ Years experience in operations or Freshers
· Prior experience of handling Live Sessions or YouTube Live will be highly desirable.
· Previous experience in Video Camera handling will be an added advantage
· Competencies Required:
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Should be able to maintain deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements
- Troubleshooting and helping teams resolve issues and any problems as and when they arise
- Candidate should be residing within 5km from head office or should be willing to relocate
