Job Description
- FMS Engineer should monitor on the open/closed tickets. Tickets which require customer response should be followed by FMS engineers to get their responses within SLA.
- Vendor tickets follow-ups for resolution update.

Need to follow up with Users daily for Pending customer, Superuser tickets, Track lead tickets & resolved tickets update.
FMS Engineer should share Application status reports, like CCB, MIS, WAMS & any other status report requested from SD & TLs.
Preferred : Training and/or certifications into Hardware and Networking course
Working Conditions: General Shifts, 6 days/week i.e., Monday to Saturday (For Bangalore) Includes rotational shifts, 5 days/week (For Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata)
Reporting Structure: Will report to the Team Leader
