Designation: Associate - Warehouse Operations
Qualification: BE/BTech/ MBA/ PGDM from 2016-2017 pass out batch with 60% and above throughout academics
Job Responsibility:
- To manage one shift operations in Warehouse.
- Plan & utilization for resources (manpower & material) to required output.
- Motivate & encourage team work within work force to ensure targets are met.
- Ensuring Quality & productivity objectives are met.
Job Role:
- In this role, the candidate will be given a team of 20-30 employees to manage and will be responsible for the key metrics and output in his/her shift in the warehouse.
- Candidate should be analytically strong, result oriented and willing to work in shifts.
Role Type: Full time (Should be willing to work in shifts)
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield Warehouse)
Salary: 3.2 LPA
