Position: Asst Manager/Dy Manager
Vertical: Residential Sales.
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 3.5 to 4.2 Lakhs
Preferred: Candidates from North Bangalore.
Skills: Strong experience in plotted sales with proven record.

Must have skills:

Strong customer focus.
Energetic, sophisticated and strong in execution of sales delivery.
Entrepreneurial by nature.
Should have the ability to hunt and zero in on the defined target audience.
Should be able to schedule priorities and client site visits.
Should have the ability to prepare customized proposals and collateral.
Should be able to conduct preliminary / advanced engagement with clients.
Should be able to collaborate and ensure that deals are closed as per company policies

Personality:

Should offer great post-sales support to be able to dig further referral from existing client base.
Should be able to articulate and communicate effectively, both with internal and external stakeholders.
Should have a positive attitude, commitment and should be result oriented.
