Brief description :
Candidate will be basically required to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the day-to-day animation tasks that are assigned to the production team.
Responsibilities:
- Track schedules and deliverables
- Monitoring the progress of assigned projects.
- Coordinate departmental and cross-functional meetings to communicate relevant updates.
- Act as administrative and back-up support to the production team to ensure all production processes run smoothly and are executed efficiently.
- Assists in populating internal production/creative tracking system with asset naming conventions and other pertinent data.
- Types meeting notes, memos, documents and schedules as required.
- Assists with uploads and downloads of source/output files.
- You will be working throught on Japanese projects and with Japanese clients/colleagues, and hence, we would need you to be punctual in adhering to the deadlines committed.
Preferred skills:
- Good English Communication Skill(Verbal and written)is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree (Field related to Film, Art, Communications will be preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow up/follow through skills required.
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team. High level of initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality.
