Qualification: Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade with 5 years experience in a responsible administrative capacity in an University or a Technical Institution or in any Govt. Deptt. at the post of Asstt. Registrar or equivalent. Good knowledge of Hindi and English. 

Desirable : Degree in Law/MBA (Finance or HR) / M.Com. with accountancy and knowledge of computer applications.

Qualification: Master's Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent grade with 3 years administrative experience of office working in supervisory grade with good proficiency in use of computer for office working and knowledge of U.P. Govt./University/Engineering Institution or equivalent rules. 

Desirable : Degree in law/ MBA (Finance or HR) / M.Com. with accountancy and knowledge of computer applications.
