Asst.Professor job recruitment in North Maharashtra University
For - ASPGC 1 – Physical Sciences (Physics) - ASPGC 2 – Chemical Sciences (Pesticides & Agro. /Industrial/ Polymer/ Analytical / Physical / In-organic Chemistry) ASPGC 3 – Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics / Statistics)
Qualification: (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. (iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses of (i) and (ii) to the Clause 4.4.1 of the UGC Regulations, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions.
For - ASPGC 4, 5 & 6 – Computer Sciences (Computer Sci./ Com. Application / Information Tech.)
Qualification: (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. For - ASPGC 7- Chemical Technology (Mechanical / Chemical Engg./ Chemical Tech.) - ASPGC 8- Chemical Technology (Civil Engineering) - ASPGC 9- Chemical Technology (Chemical Engineering), - ASPGC 10-Chemical Technology (Plastics / Paints / Food / Oil Fats & Waxes), (As per AICTE rules)
Qualification: BE/B.Tech. and ME/ M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or Equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/ M.Tech.
For - ASPGC 11 – Chemical Technology (Mathematics), - ASPGC 12 – Chemical Technology (Physics), - ASPGC 13 – Chemical Technology (Physical Chemistry) - ASPGC 14 – Chemical Technology (Organic Chemistry) (As per U.G.C. and State Government rules):
