3. Asst.Professor (IMAGING SCIENCES & INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY)/ 2 Posts
Qualification & Experience: Three years of teaching and/or research experience after obtaining MD/DNB in Radiodiagnosis with experience in Cardiac Imaging and Vascular Interventional Radiology and willingness to work exclusively in Cardiac Imaging and Interventional Radiology disciplines.
4.Asst.Professor (CARDIOLOGY): (Vacancy-1)
Qualification & Experience: One year teaching and/or research experience after DM in the speciality or its equivalent qualification in the case of 2 years course OR Just after DM in the case of 3 years course OR One year of teaching and/or research experience after DM in the case of direct course. Candidates with qualification/experience in Cardio Electro Physiology will be preferred.
5.Asst.Professor (NEUROLOGY): (Vacancy-1)
Qualification & Experience: One year teaching and/or research experience after DM in the speciality or its equivalent qualification in the case of 2 years course OR Just after DM in the case of 3 years course OR one year of teaching and/or research experience after DM in the case of direct course. Candidates with qualification/experience in Movement Disorders may be preferred, if found suitable.
6.Asst.Professor (CARDIAC ANAESTHESIOLOGY): (Vacancy- 1)
Qualification & Experience: One year teaching and/or research experience after DM in the speciality or its equivalent qualification in the case of 2 years course OR Just after DM in the case of 3 years course OR Three years of working experience in Cardiac Anaesthesia as well as teaching and/or research experience after obtaining MD in the speciality concerned.
7.Asst.Professor (NEUROSURGERY-5 YEAR TENURE POST): (Vacancy-1) Qualification & Experience: One year teaching and/or research experience after M.Ch in the speciality or its equivalent qualification in the case of 2 years course OR Just after M.Ch in the case of 3 years course OR One year of teaching and/or research experience after M.Ch in the case of direct course.
8. Asst.Professor (BIOCHEMISTRY): (Expected Vacancy-2)
Qualification & Experience: Three years of teaching and/or research experience in the specialty concerned after obtaining MD/PhD in the relevant field.

13. Scientist- C (BIOMATERIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY):(Vacancy-1)
Qualification & Experience: A First Class in M.Sc(Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering) with six years research experience in mammalian cell culture OR PhD in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences with two years experience in biomaterial testing and design/conduct of in vivo trials, interdisciplinary environment. Experience in Electron Microscopy (TEM/SEM) for biological and non-biological sample analysis.
Desirable: Experience in biological evaluation of biomaterials experience in routine, advanced cell culture techniques, aseptic techniques, maintenance of cell culture lab and related equipments. Experience in TEM & SEM of biological and Non-Biological specimens-reception, processing, visualization and analysis of results. Electron Microscopic analysis of Tissue engineered clinical trial samples. Experience in soft and hard tissue processing for analysis in hard tissue engineering. Knowledge of Confocal Microscopy, Flow Cytometry Analysis of cell-material composites. Experience in Documentation and Regulatory Compliance in small/large animal models. Conversant in computer operations, experience in MS Office.
14. Scientist- C (APPLIED BIOLOGY):(Expected Vacancy-1)
Qualification : First Class in M.Sc(Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering) with six years research experience in mammalian cell culture OR PhD with two years experience in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences.
Desirable: Experience in routine and advanced cell culture techniques. Knowledge of aseptic techniques, maintenance of cell culture lab and related equipments. Experience in advanced culture systems (3D culture, Bioreactors, cells on scaffolds etc.) and equipments (Confocal Microscopy, 3D Bioprinter etc). Experience of working in a cell culture facility under quality complaint environment. Awareness of international standards, Quality systems, Documentation, Validation etc. Experience in Cytotoxicity and Cytocompatibility evaluation and knowledge in international standards related to Cytotoxicity and Cytocompatibility testing. Experience in conducting scientific research utilizing standard scientific principles, theories and concepts. Hands on experience in culturing primary isolated cells, stem cells, Tissue Engineering and Translational studies.

Upper age limit: 35 yrs as on 01.04.2017.
Selection Process :Eligible candidates have to appear for an interview. A written test may be conducted only for screening purpose depending on the number of candidates for a particular post.
