Job Description: Sales
- Conducts meetings with interested customers to understand their requirements and explains the project details and pricing model.
- Takes prospective customers for site visits.
- Negotiates with customer and gets final price approvals.
- Escalates when required to close deals or give discounts.
- Lead Management, Maintains a list of customers culled from different sources in CRM.
- Assigns categories to customers basis their potential for future follow ups, e.g. hot, warm, cold.
- Attends to customer enquiries/ leads/ walk-ins/ online leads.
- Makes cold calls to customers (if required).
- Develops leads during launches/ marketing events.
- Generates further leads by establishing rapport with existing customers.
- Updates trackers for customer follow ups and lead updating in CRM.
- Qualification : Graduate
- Working Days : 6 Days a Week
