NCRTC invites applications from persons having experience in the field of transit oriented development/ commercial real estate development. The detail of the posts is given below:
1. Post & Pay-scale: Asstt. Manager/ Urban Design Rs.50000-160000 (E2)
2. No. of Post & Cat.: 01
3. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Arch. & PG Degree/ Diploma in Urban Design/ Planning.
4. Experience: Should have minimum 4 years’ work experience in Urban Design & Architecture, with experience in Real Estate Development. Development relating to Transit Nodes including in-stations and operational area precincts.
5. Physical & Medical Fitness: The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Corporation policy.
6. Compensation Package & Posting: The Company offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/ grade as per company policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ work place of NCRTC during the course of their service.
