Job Description

The Incumbent shall be the lead point of contact for any and all matters of a specific customer.
He shall be responsible for creating strong and long-lasting customer relationships by providing timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customer needs and objectives. In doing so,
He shall coordinate with all the internal stake holders for smooth, seamless and timely delivery of services as per SLA. In addition,
He shall be responsible for reconciliation, invoicing and timely collection of the payment in coordination with the CRM team.
He shall have to prepare and provide MIS in time. He shall ensure that all new business opportunities with the customer are given to DLI only.
Her/ his responsibility shall be to improve the efficiency of the current business and work on cost cutting methods.
5-10 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS OR SUPPLY CHAIN WITH EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
