Brief description :
- Sound knowledge in the installation and maintenance of OS Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
- Sound knowledge of installing third party application of different OS
- Good knowledge in LAN/WAN Concepts
- Troubleshooting network related issues (Both configuration and hardware)
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
- Perform daily system monitoring, availability of all hardware, server resources, and systems
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
- Should be confident in working independently
- Good communication skills
