Job Description
- We are looking for Sales Executive / Business Development executive who can show Sales Ability and is Achievement Oriented and eager to learn.
- Experience in B2B Sales and Business Development in procurement, supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Candidate will be expected to service existing accounts; understand their business plans and forecasts; and to look out for new business opportunities within the corporate procurement space.
- Candidate will be responsible for lead generation and deal closure.
- Build a database of corporate admins and procurement profile.
- Visit 4-5 corporates every day to make presentations to decision makers.
- Follow through on key prospects to secure corporate buying.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume
- Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
- Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts.
- Taking customer feedback and analysing them for future improvements.
- Follow established sales processes, CRM systems and policies.
- Should have a Degree in any Discipline.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting sales strategies.
- Should be fluent in English, writing and speaking.
- Demonstrable experience of technical sales and/or business development working in a matrix sales environment
- Demonstrable ability to build trusting relationships and conduct business with cultural sensitivity
- Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development
- Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams
- Should have strong customer orientation
- Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team.
- High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner
