Incumbant is the point of contact for the customer (HR Heads and Admin Heads) and handles the digital acquisition of the potential customers for the products and services on the FreshPaprika platform within the assigned territory using the below-mentioned platforms.

IVR Bases Acquisiton / QR Code / Marketing Material/ Referal

Completion and validation of database of HR and Admin Directors visit within the territory.
Profiling of every B2B client within the database using Linkedin and Whatsapp platform and initial coverage to ascertain interest.
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of interested partners/referrals and production partners, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with them, and driving the usage and adoption of products and services on the Fresh Paprika Products.Responsible for the demonstration and handholding of each customer in the initial stages of the platform adoption to ensure that the discovery and ordering processes are in place.
Responsible for training and also troubleshooting for a set of customers with respect to the platform and any of its products or services.
Responsible for achieving onboarding targets, adoption, sales targets, and delivery of high-quality customer service to existing and potential customers.
Client Relation and close co-ordination with Management, Client Servicing, and Production• Candidate should be confident, presentable, and fluent in using social media
The candidate should be energetic and know how to communicate with senior leaders.
Should be okay for the Work From Home and Travelling sometime i.e. for a business meeting
