Job Description
Job Description:Purpose:
- The purpose of the job is to market and sell the products manufactured, acquire and retain customers and thus maintain a healthy order pipeline resulting to consistent increase in the overall revenue.
- Qualification : Degree in Mechanical engineering / Chemistry
- Will report to: Regional Manager1:
- Will be responsible for the entire sales cycle right from customer acquisition to payment·collection.
- Research and identify potential customers. Gather critical information to understand their·needs.
- Develop sales plans to introduce and sell our products in new markets.
- Visit prospective buyers to introduce our products and share its benefits and advantages.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to existing· &prospective customers.
- Will require to regularly follow-up with key accounts for meetings and orders. ·
- (Key Account management & Relationship management) Coordinate with customers and internal technical team to assess the customer’s equipment·needs and determine system requirements.
- Ensure the customer is satisfied with our products and address any other queries / issues·they may have.
- Follow-up with customers for payments as per the terms and conditions.· Should possess good persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Have 3 to 5 years of prior work experience of selling industrial goods.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
- Have some basic knowledge about combustion and the various technicalities involved in the·process.
