Job Description
Designation: B2B Sales Manager
Type: Full-time
Location: Pune, India
Qualification: Graduate / post-graduate from any field
Experience: Minimum 3 -7 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales Planning
· Oversee conversion of high-value B2B leads and close sales deals in regions like China and Europe.
· Devise and implement required strategies for new business development, liaise with clients to communicate PaperTrue’s value proposition
Process Design and Implementation
· Identify process gaps, modify, and develop new processes / systems to improve accountability and business results
· Recommend IT systems / infrastructure to enable faster processing of sales tasks and for the generation of MIS reports through relevant automation
MIS / Management Reporting
· Report to the management (quarterly) and update stakeholders about target achievement, KPI compliance and seek process change approvals
· Gather and present weekly sales performance reports to the management and discuss forecasts developed for upcoming periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Required Skills:
· Good communication (written and verbal) is essential.
· Excellent leadership and team building skills, focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring process compliance, with abilities in handling cross-functional responsibilities.
· Experienced in sales strategy formulation and business planning. An influential communicator, proficient in communicating at all levels of the hierarchy.
Salary: Between INR 6 Lac and INR 8 Lac (depending on skills, sales experience, and proficiency)
