B2B Sales Representative
Job Description
Nature: Permanent, with initial six months as probation
Experience type: Domestic
- Responsibilities primarily include conducting targeted, business-to-business sales for providing financing to small businesses through TradeFin’s online technology platform.
- In this role, you will provide web demonstrations of the product and leverage our core marketing and sales messages to educate the clients about TradeFin, convince them to obtain financing through TradeFin
- Tele-Sales on a referenced database to generate interest of the prospect (a business entity owners or key contact for Financial products)
- Set up web meetings for demonstration.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Conduct high level demos and use case discussions with prospects
- Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing sales enquires
- Promoting the features and benefits of our products to potential clients
- Achieve and Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management
- Finding new and creative ways to grow user engagement
- Help establish best practices in Customer Success to be shared with new members of a quickly growing team
- Preference will be given to candidates who have had tremendous success with web meeting and demonstration and who have a flair for financial products – not very complicated but you should be able to learn what is receivables financing ( if you don’t know it don’t worry; we will teach you)
- Excellent written, verbal and conversational skills in English and Hindi
- Ability and willingness to learn and ability to work independently in fast changing environment.
- Attitude, communication skills and resourcefulness are more important in this role than degrees.
