Porter is looking for BA Supply for our Mordern Trade Business
Experience: 2+ years
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University
Preferred Qualification: Post - Graduate or MBA / Equivalent to
Core Competencies: 1. Communication and Interpersonal skills
Will be involved in supply retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, etc.
The Person Will Be Interacting With 5 Stakeholders
Supply interaction - 20%
Process-oriented - 50% ( Drive tech adaptation, maintain data, support MIS team )
Manage client escalation - 30% ( He will be client-side POC from our side )
Mandatory Skills
Experience: 2+ years

- Experience in Business Development
- Should be process-oriented person
- Help us with market knowledge. Out of 5, the person is expected to be on the field for 4 days minimum. Will come down to 3 in future.
- Vehicle placement management and route planning.
- Help in supply onboarding - Partner interaction and negotiation ( Vendor's mostly as these are canter vehicles )
- Client-side interaction ( Related to operations, reconciliation related issues )
- Owner of DSO for assigned clients.
- Manage a team of 3 - 4 supervisors ( Post 6 months )
- Attend calls and active any time as operations are of 24hrs

- Vendor 2. Supervisor 3. Modern Trade hub manager 4. FMCG despatch manager 5. City Manager

Mandatory Skills
- Local language Marathi is must with Hindi & English proficiency
- Background Logistic Management (Modern Trade will be appreciated )
- Local Geo Knowledge.

- FMCG background (CFA operation handling, MT operation Handling)
