Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join an AIOps Team that leverages AI to build solutions using open source and commercial technologies to prevent IT outages at scale.
Automation of Kubernetes API for deployment/updates/patching, etc.Design, develop & deliver products that are fully functional, troubleshoot and fix defects Provide a high-quality user experience, and overcome scalability issues Manage multiple releases within reasonable design specifications and best practice release guidelines. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including development, automated test construction, deployment, and operations Write scalable, robust, efficient, testable, and easily maintainable code Translate user requirements into stable, and high-performance software Produce comprehensive software documentation for internal teams and customers. - 3+ Years of Experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes operators, frameworks, networking, logging/monitoring & infrastructure
- Experience with container technologies like Docker/Podman
- Sound knowledge of Linux production environment with Shell scripting
- Experience working in a continuous integration / continuous delivery development environment
- Hands-on experience in testing RESTful Services
- Proficient with configuration and management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Golang (Go) based scripting
- Basic knowledge of OOP based concepts and working knowledge of Java
- Understanding of Linux, Ubuntu and RHEL OS system management
- Experience configuring and running Kubernetes environments
- Familiar with the Kubernetes SDK and development of its operators.
- Compliance experience in the web security space
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and DevOps mode of operation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organisational skills.
