We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well

Responsibilities 

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic 
  
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability 
  
• Working on complex design patterns and architecture of the scalable product. 
  
• Innovate, research, propose and discuss your design with your peers. 
  
• Work on evolution of requirements along with business and product managers. 
  
• Work and get exposure on varied technologies including PHP,Python, MySQL, NOSQL, Mongo, MemCached, Elasticsearch, Symfony, Apache, Slim ,Twig, MVC Frameworks and other upcoming internet technologies. 
  
• Responsible for coding, documenting and maintaining web applications in a fast paced project environment 
  
• Continuously upgrading and building new technology skills.
  

Skills required 

• Good analytical skills and problem solving ability. 
  
• Excellent Algorithms & Data-Structure skills. 
  
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills. 
  
• Should have good knowledge of design patterns. 
  
• Good to have knowledge and experience of Java/python/C++. 
  
• Excellent refactoring skills and good to have experience in solving scalability related problems.
  

Nice to have : 

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as javascript, CSS3 
  
• Understanding AWS cloud technologies
