- Need to be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Competency to create basic reports
- Interpersonal skills to effectively work with external customers
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
