As a member of an operations team, you will get a first hand experience of how we manage our operations like material collection, quality control, packing, shipments and return/exchange. You will be actively involved in one of the above sub-functions.
Job Responsibilities:
As part of one of the sub-function, you will be responsible to work with supervisor of that function.
Understand and take the ownership of the process step you are assigned to.
Suggest process improvements
You should be a team player with good verbal and written communication
