Job Description
- Reverting to the customer's email received as per the remark entered in the system by the Call Center Executive.
- Calling Customer's to take feedback for items returned in the order.
- This is basically a part of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to know why did the customer return any specific item from his order or full order was returned and the reason for it (like damaged, broken or leaked or old not fresh etc), so that we can improve the services for our esteemed customers.
- Producing report sheets in Excel.
- The firm generates lot of Data and it has to be made in presentable for to the top management for decision making and implementing changes required.
- The candidate must be well versed in Excel tools like Pivot, vlookup etc.
