Job Description
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
2. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
3. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
4. Helping prepare for meetings.
5. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
6. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
7. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
8. Making travel arrangements for executives.
9. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
