Back Office Assistant
Job Description
Job Status: Full Time - Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm IST
Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant will report to the Hiring Manager.
- The Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls for follow up and questions.
- Daily duties will include phone calls, emails, document printouts/scans of forms, and other similar tasks.
- Keyboarding is an asset as Assistant will need to type and fill out forms.
Personality traits:
- Must have good Customer Service Skills.
- Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a quick environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are needed.
- Good computer skills are required for the position (Keyboarding, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
- Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/nationally distributed teams to meet tight deadlines from demanding clients.
