Job Description

Job Status: Full Time - Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm IST

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Hiring Manager.
The Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls for follow up and questions.
Daily duties will include phone calls, emails, document printouts/scans of forms, and other similar tasks.
Keyboarding is an asset as Assistant will need to type and fill out forms.

Personality traits:

Must have good Customer Service Skills.
Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a quick environment with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are needed.
Good computer skills are required for the position (Keyboarding, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/nationally distributed teams to meet tight deadlines from demanding clients.
