Responsibilities and Duties
1. Data entry in Excel and Word
2. Scanning documents and emailing them to the relevant insurance contacts
3. Cropping, storing and printing medical images
4. Maintaining patient files and papers for insurance claims
5. Replying to emails from TPA
6. Anything else to help in the smooth running of the clinic
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
English speaking and writing
MS Office (Word and Excel)
Image cropping using MS Paint, Canva.com or something similar
