Regional manpower updation (Onroll & Offroll)
Preparation of demand V/s collection and share with regional team.
Followup on OD collections with Regional team
Supporting the team on Account opening pending with coordination on requirements
Staff attendance followup
Preparing EDMs whenever required
Preparing Regional presentations (Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual)
Attending Regional meeting and concalls, followup on actionable discussed.
Calling to the RMs on low performance, figureout the issue and inform to RSM.
Supporting on New branch expansions to the region's
Supporting on RSM work whenever required
Finacle ID creation for all the staffs
Clearing Process Hub queries
Preparing internal circulars and inform to repective team.
Preparation / Sharing of data as per the requirement of Business Team
