Shaadi Help : Matrimonial / Matchmaking Service
Role:
We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role.
Back Office Executive is responsible for registering people with us while giving them matchmaking solutions through relationship management and positive approach
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to ShaadiHelp members/ other enquiry database and Registering them.
- Recording all the details of the candidates in the specified format and entering them into system.
- Getting all the Details, Photographs, Horoscope, statutory ID and qualification proofs from the members and storing it safely.
- Registering required number of profiles.
- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.
- Coordinating with the sales and service team to smoothly handover members.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC Passed.
- Familiarity with the internet & usage of computers.
- At-least average English verbal & writing skills.
- Problem-solving & objection handling abilities.
