Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assigning call to field engineer
  • Coordinating with engineers for closure of calls
  • Interacting with customers for measuring satisfaction level of service provided
  • Maintaining database of allotted calls and updating in the system.
  • Making MIS report on daily basis.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma
  • Formal computer training an advantage
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
