- Job description: Backend office executive.
- PO creation, Quote creation, Invoice submission, Vendor follow up, supporting existing team for purchase
- Accounts bookkeeping using our internal software, finance Report , calling existing customer base
- Follow-up with existing customer base, employee benefit tracking(insurance,PF,Mobile bill, Travel expense tracking), creating finance report
- Backend support for field engineer, (quote ,price , invoice etc).
