Job Summary
Back Office Executives have support responsibilities and handle functions that help the front office work well. Main Back Office Executive Responsibilities are managing databases, performing market research, analyzing consumer trends, and handling accounting and finance tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage team of employees.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
- Assisting manager for stock maintenance and record keeping.
- Manage accounts.( Challan entry/Payments/Rent Agreement etc.)
- Understand customer/Client problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handling queries from all over Locations via E-Mails, Telephone, etc.
- Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails
- Maintain data in Microsoft Office.
- Follow up with Customer/Clients for documents.
- Answering phone calls.
- Lead Generate/Business Development.
- To work on database and bring sales.
- Preparing Quotations and handling sales inquiry.
- Any additional work as and when required.
- Knowledge in accounts.

- Qualification- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Work Experience- Minimum 1 year
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 /month
