Operations Executives :
  • We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals with the flair and interest to join our growing team.
  •  Vacancy exists for FEMALE Operations Executives, a busy, varied role requiring high levels of client liaison. 
  • The positions will be based in KOLKATA
Duties and Responsibilities will include
  • Coordination with Insured Members, hospitals, Clinic, Doctors, Car & Ambulance companies 
  • Providing first point of contact information as required and providing assistance and information in a timely and professional manner
  • Documentation of all matters relating to the requests
  • Updating the local medics and clinics with appointments for client members
  • Updating and maintaining the internal system with case notes
  • Document all matters relating to request
  • Ensure case notes are managed, communicated and prepared for handovers
  • Monitoring of medical repatriations and evacuations
  • Ensure providers and suppliers are up to date with current information
  • Ensure compliance at all times with the Procedural manuals and guidelines
  • All administrative duties and case note logging as required
  • As previously stated, the role will require Female Candidates who are highly customer-focused, and also possesses the following skills, qualifications and ex perience:
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Medical / Healthcare background knowledge & training would be a plus point for the job
  • Excellent English language written and spoken
  • IT literacy and proficiency in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word & Excel
  • Ability to multi task and handle several requests at the same time, prioritising tasks appropriately.
  • Be service-orientated and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinahalese is Essential
  • The age should be below 40 years & Minimum Work Experience should be 3 years
  • Be willing to work extended hours
  • The Candidates should be a Resident of South Kolkata
