We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organize all projects like activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
We do out-sourcing work on Web design, Logo design, Web development project.
The project coordinator works across groups, aligning internal team members and external stakeholders. IT project coordinators may coordinate project phases and schedules, arrange support services, order supplies, and track progress.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with team member
We will give training to do on-line bid from bidding site to get more projects
Need to maintain also our regular clients also
Sound knowledge in Microsoft office and Internet
Coordinate activities of projects, resources, equipment and information
Excellent client-facing knowledge like voice processing or through chat system
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Report and escalate to management as needed
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
