Job Description
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites. Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
- Cold Calling Job Seekers.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
- Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy
- Candidate must &should have exposure on Job portal like Naukri/ Monster/ Timesjobs etc.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work under Pressure
- Possess knowledge of recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
- Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies
- Responsible for understanding and analyzing the requirements in different domain categories
- Creating Job Description, Identify the Competencies required, Identify the source for hiring, Coordinate and interview with the respective department and If selected, complete the documentation.
- Employee Relation - Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, explain the various policies, strategies, and benefits to employees.
