Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives by determining requirements; fulfilling requests
- Booking appointments for Rent agreement house visit, Resolving issues and Answering Queries
- Drafting Rental agreements on Government Website.
- Maintaining database and Daily/Month End Reports
- Collect, analyze and summarize client information.
- Co-ordination and Follow up with clients & agents for payment due.
Requirements :
- Good Communication Skills
- Good in Excel (Formulas, V lookup, Shortcuts)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Problem Solving and Decision making ability
- Good knowledge in Excel, Word, Internet and Computer usage
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to grow in life
*NOTE*: Sunday would be working (Half Day) - Co-ordinating with clients, Handling Issues and Queries, Making Daily Report.
In such case, can take half day on any other weekday.
